This Summer, Cool and Calm your mind with these Crystal-Infused Waters!

Crystal infused waters are great to be used to cool and calm your mind and body during the sweltering summer days.

The crystals release properties that help create a sense of serenity and well-being.

Here are a few DIY methods of using Crystal infused water to help you stay cool this summer!

Make your Crystal Infused Elixir-

Make an elixir by putting one or more of crystals (read to the end to know which crystals work best) in a glass container of pure water and placing it in the sunlight for several hours to energize and charge it. This elixir may then be used in several ways!

  • Local Application

Soak a wash cloth or handkerchief in cooled elixir and then wrap the cloth around the back of your neck or lay it on your forehead. Or you may wrap a couple of these stones in a cool damp cloth and then apply it.

  • Cooling Crystal Spritz

Make a cooling crystal spritz. Pour some elixir into a spray bottle and spritz yourself with this refreshing spray throughout the day as a sure way to beat the heat. Again the stones may be placed with the water inside the spray bottle.

  • Foot Baths

Foot baths are excellent for bringing down body heat and enhancing energy in a quick, easy and relaxing way.  Just soak your tired feet in cooled elixir. Alternatively you can place stones directly in the water and allow your feet to touch the stones as they soak.

How this works:  Water, being the magical element that it is, adopts the unique vibration of the crystal. The crystal thus lends its healing properties to the water, transforming it to an elixir!

Suggested Crystals – Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz and Amethyst. Crystals come in many shapes and sizes, but tumbled crystals work best in this case!

Enjoy your Elixirs! We’d love to hear about your experience using them!
